IT Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Engineer / IT Help Desk - 1st/2nd Line Support - Some Desktop Support - Colchester - Contract, around £15 - £20 per hour - starting ASAP
We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to take initial calls, triage, first fix and then escalate. We need confident telephone and face-to-face skills as you will also get desk-side.
Active Directory, Exchange, general PC support, some thin client, VOIP, AV, Printing and a little Mac. Windows 7 10.
This is a three month contract with the possibility of extension or a permanent role, should things go well.
