IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd line - Helpdesk and project work - Colchester (due to location, must drive) - around £20,000 - £25,000 p.a. plus benefits - ASAP.

This well-established business has grown from strength to strength over the last fifteen+ years and are continually investing in their in-house IT (including Support and Development). They are a small but close-knit team that work really well together and help each other succeed.
With growing internal demand, we are looking to add to the support team, looking after everything from general user support, server maintenance and bespoke software support (SQL). A nice mix of hardware and applications.
You will be well versed with general support including permissions, AD, Data Load, general hardware, Exchange, backups, VMWare/vSphere, etc. You will also get involved with SQL (and learn if you have not already).
This is a busy desk, supporting c100 users with interesting variety. The business likes ambitious people who want to learn and grow and forge a career, not just a job.
