Sales Administrator

  • £10.50 - £10.50 p/h
  • Witham, Essex
  • Temporary

Prime Appointments are pleased to be working with a company based in Witham who require a Sales Administrator to join their team immediately. This is a temporary position paying £10.50 per hour working Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (1 hour lunch).

Main duties for this Sales Administrator will include but are not limited to:

  • Process sales orders - quickly, efficiently and despatched on time
  • Produce sales order acknowledgements and email to customer within 48 hours according to the procedures
  • Filing of sales order correspondence
  • Interpret incoming orders for products
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email
  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Warranty and repairs administration
  • Support accounts with the administration of credit notes
  • Take on different tasks as required, all employees are expected to work collaboratively to support the overall goals of the company

Key Skills & Attributes needed to be considered for this position:

  • Previous experience working in a sales or customer service environment
  • Experience of CRM systems
  • Experience in achieving targets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • IT skills in standard office software packages including Excel
  • Polite and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to confidently promote and up-sell products
