A specialist manufacturing company who are operating in a very niche market are looking to recruit a Machinist to operate a variety of equipment producing components used in their specialist machines. They have clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa and due to expansion are looking to recruit. If you have milling and turning skills both manual and CNC then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.
Operate our 3 axis CNC mill and CNC /Manual Lathe to produce production components from existing Drawings.
Development work for new projects.
Updating/new drawings of components.
Milling and turning - manual Lathe/mills (ideally time served or proven work record)
CNC setting/programming (min 2 year experience.)
Ability to work from sketch drawings for prototype/development to CAD drawings for parts.
Ability to draw up components once finalised.
Working with or Experience in CAD / CNC software an advantage.
Based in a rural location so own transport is essential.
Hours of work 9.00-5.30 Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch.
28 days holiday including bank holidays.
