We are working with a world-renowned manufacturing company to recruit a NPI Manager into their team. If you are an experienced NPI Manager and would like to work with a major force in innovative manufacturing, then this is the role for you!
Duties:
Overall responsibility for the completion of projects
Lead the planning and implementation of projects
Organise projects team
Control project budget
Involved in all aspects of project, planning, execution, and closure
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Set project timelines
Direct and support projects team
Experience required:
Project management experience within a manufacturing company
Proven track record of successful NPI implementation
Advanced knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Presentation skills
Experienced in negotiation, delegation, conflict management and change management
Excellent communication skills
Able to influence colleagues across all levels of the business
