I am pleased to be exclusively recruiting for a Part-time Accounts Assistant.
Monday to Friday 4 hours per day, this could suit a parent who does the school run (i.e. 10am-2pm) or for someone who is simply looking for a part-time role to suit their lifestyle or to reduce current hours.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work within a very friendly team who offer support and encouragement.
Duties will include:
Daily bank reconciliations of all currencies
Sending out daily receipts
Processing purchase invoices
Dealing with a variety of Purchase Ledger queries
Chasing credit notes
Reconciling Purchase Ledger statements
Raising payment proposals
Employee expense proposals
Closing shipments and raising sales invoices
Sending out monthly customer statements
Raising advance invoices on receipt of prepayments
Emailing Sales Ledger allocations
Maintaining and updating employee annual leave and sickness
Setting up and maintaining suppliers on the system
End of month journals
