I am excited to be exclusively recruiting for my client in Maldon who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a fabulous opportunity within a friendly and hardworking company.
Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, 1 hour for lunch and good benefits package.
Liaising with suppliers on the phone and in writing
Identifying invoice queries and passing to the relevant departments
Requesting copy invoices from suppliers
Reconciliation of accounts
Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
Processing UK and overseas payments to suppliers
Liaising with overseas suppliers
You will be required to have a minimum of 2 years experience and be computer literate (Word & Excel)
Be assertive, confident, possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to work on your own initiative and within a team.
