Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a growing company based in Witham.
Due to company growth my client are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Daily Duties will include:-
* Organising incoming emails and directing them to the correct individual.
* Assisting with Pricing and Quotations.
* Answering all incoming calls and directing them to relevant staff.
* Adhoc Administration - Filing, Scanning, Copying, Shredding.
* Calling clients to confirm orders.
* Attention to detail
* Previous customer service experience
* Previous Administration experience
* Strong Individual who can work in a faced paced environment
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 with a 30 minutes unpaid break.
Hourly rate is £8.00 to begin with but will increase in the forthcoming months.
