Prime Appointments are currently looking for a Shipping Administrator to work for a distribution company based in Maldon.
Working in the Shipping Department the candidate would need to have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
Daily Duties will include:
* Data Entry
* Dealing with Shipping Paperwork
* Processing Orders and obtaining PO numbers
* Working alongside Sales Order Team
* Ensuring systems are updates on a daily basis
* Inputting delivery notes
* Maintaining files
* Working towards deadlines
* Booking In Deliveries
* All other Administration Duties
To be considered for this exciting Shipping Administrator you need to have the below experience and skills:
*Good Attention to detail
*Able to meet deadlines
*Experience in data entry and data inputting
*Excellent communication skills
*Computer literate good understanding of Microsoft programmes
*Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with a 1 hours unpaid break.
*20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
