Support Worker Responsibilities:
*Support young adults or adults with physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems, addiction issues or other emotional or social needs
*Support service users to access other services in their community.
*Offer help and support with personal care
*The development of new and existing skills
*Support our clients in a choice of areas to provide innovative, creative support enabling them to live the lives they want and have the opportunities they deserve.
Support Worker Requirements:
*Enhanced DBS preferably on the update service.
*Experience, and training may be preferred.
*Strong communication, listening, planning, housekeeping, and reasoning skills.
*Ability to handle physical demands.
*Caring, sympathetic approach to working with clients.
