WELDER FABRICATOR REQUIRED - ASAP START - FULL-TIME WORK - BURY ST EDMUND'S!!!
This position is offering a competitive pay with a pay rise once you have completed your probation period. Overtime is also available at increased rates.
We are looking for an experienced welder fabricator for a small engineering firm who specialise in bespoke fabrication. Due to the nature of the products, the successful applicant must be a multi-skilled welder fabricator who can read & work from engineering drawings, competent in MIG, TIG & stick welding & conversant with various machines.
You will need to be familiar with punching, pressing, bending, grinding, drilling, tapping, fettling etc.
The welding will also vary from thin gauge work to heavy duty, so it is essential that you have the relevant experience.
Previous experience operating CNC machinery is not essential but would be advantageous.
Hours of work are 08:00 - 17:00, on a 40-hour week.
Due to the location of the business, you will need your own form of transportation to get there as there is no local public transport.
