Many of our positions are temporary/contract to permanent, so ideal if you’re looking to gain experience working in a new environment before committing to a permanent stay. We’ll always listen to our temps, and try to match them up with the best role for their unique skill set.
When it comes to career progression, our opportunities are a great way to boost your experience in a different environment. If you decide to stay on as permanent, you can consider ways to progress either through the ranks of that particular company, e.g. as a team leader. Alternatively, you could train as a forklift instructor, or a maintenance engineer. At Prime Appointments, we also have a Technical and Engineering division, so if you do decide to specialise in a more technical role by retraining later on down the line, we’ll be here to help.
