I think we can all say that 2020 has been a year to remember...not in the way we all thought it would be when the clock struck midnight on the 31st - last New Years Eve! But we're ignoring the negatives (of which there are many) and sharing with you all, the best bits of Prime's 2020.
Our Team Step Up
If this year didn't make you value your colleagues and your team we simply can't relate. This year we couldn't be prouder of the achievements of all of our team. To ensure we rode the storm that is 2020 our team worked late, made sacrifices, worked harder, learnt more and worked together to see our collective success, this team work is one of the biggest successes for us as a business this year, we all learnt the value we played and it was all the more transparent how much of a brilliant team we are.
Families Grow
Covid-19 simply does not have the ability to remove love and with love comes new life, and our team's have been growing! Director, Jack O'Brien and Marketing Manager, Rebecca Clarke celebrated the newest additions to their growing families, with the birth of both their healthy baby boys. While announcements across the team came from Technical Recruiter, Simon Clark and Marketing Assistant Storme White that 2021 would continue the theme of growing families within our team, both are expecting babies in the New Year! Now that's something to feel positive about.
Learning & Development
A huge congratulations to Chris Mason, Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant who passed his managerial diploma with Merit. We believe in developing our teams here at Prime HQ and all our team are offered the chance to up-skill and grow. We couldn't be prouder to have helped Chris to personally develop his career with us.
Promotions Galore
Second generation family member and Technical & Engineering manager Jack O'Brien is promoted to Director after 6 years of working his way up within the recruitment industry, solidifying the roots within the family-business and our longevity in the business landscape.
Marketing Executive Rebecca Clarke is appointed overall Marketing Manager after 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry, the previous year Rebecca completed her Digital Marketing training with Digivita.
Charity work like never before
We knew the importance of making a difference in 2020 but with the devastating effects of Covid-19 we knew we needed to step it up and work hard to pull our communities together to raise as many funds for those suffering with Alzheimer's and Dementia during these difficult times. Raising over £15,000 for Alzheimer's Society in one charity event we couldn't be prouder to have a total of £40,586 in 2 years.
Things Get Digital
As we continue to evolve, so does our digital presence, this year alone highlighted the need to be digitally mined! With a management team that are always looking to evolve the business and stay on top of the curve we worked hard to streamline the process for our candidates and employees by injecting online timesheets, online holiday leave, improving our candidate registration processes and more.
